Billing questions, answered
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then. We don't charge a cancellation fee, and payments already made are non-refundable — we don't give partial or pro-rata refunds for the rest of a period.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes — we take a payment method to start your 7-day free trial, but nothing is charged during the trial. Your first payment is only taken when the trial ends (on day 8), and you can cancel any time before then to pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a different plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing, at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect from your next renewal.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Where VAT or another local tax applies, it is added at checkout.
